Return and exchange policy

The replacement and return process
is done according to the original invoice only.

The goods received are entitled to
be replaced or returned by the customer on the same day of receipt, provided
that they are in their basic packaging and original condition. This is in case
there is a manufacturing defect or not conforming to the technical
specifications.

In the event of a refund, the
customer will bear the costs of transportation and delivery and it will be
deducted from the invoice.

When requesting a replacement or
refund, the customer submits the request electronically via the application
form and accordingly the case is examined, taking into account the fulfillment
of the conditions for replacement and return.
Provided
that the value is recovered by check or transfer of an account within 7 seven working days
from the date of approval of the
replacement request.
5.
Replacement and return does not
include pillows, mattresses and accessories.
